Nate is a retired Long Branch Police Officer with 25 plus years of service. During that time he has worked in every aspect of the police department and community. He has been with CSI for the past seven (7) years.

His presentation style is energetic, thought-provoking, challenging, content-rich and, at times, extremely humorous. Nate's style is amazing because he posses an uncanny ability to capture the audiences attention.

Nate will take a common experiences and use it to captivate his audience. He will keep everyone in the room on the edge of their seats waiting to hear what comes next. Then Nate will deliver a stimulating valuable message that will motivate and inspire workers to become better leaders. Moreover, Nate offers valuable information that will not simply give the audience a temporary fix, but will challenge them to become strategic and innovative problem solvers. He will make the audience question their thought process, daily habits, and leadership habits.
