CORE IDEAS Objectives: Objectives are desired outcomes of the activities our company expects to undertake. As such they shouldn’t be confused with the activities themselves. The goals for us are to: · Reduce gang violence · Reduce overall juvenile violence · Assist the community in addressing the broken window theory · Assist in providing youth empowerment · Provide true collaboration in the target community · To increase the capacity of gangs or gang-prone youth to obtain and hold jobs or succeed in school, at the same time protecting and benefiting the community.
