WHAT
IS CSI?
It's
a reasonable question. What is CSI? Simply put, We are the Consulting
Solutions Inc./Criminal Street gang Intelligence. We are serving
in more than 22 states around the United States.
We are headquarters in Delaware and New Jersey.
But
in many ways, the better question is Who is The National Consulting Solution
Inc/Criminal Street gang Intelligence?
More
than anything else, CSI is also the National Concerned Officers Organization On Gang
Activities Inc. We are a consulting group that truly cares about people, communities, families,
businesses, children, you and your quality of life.
We are made up of
people much like yourself, young, old,
educated, uneducated,
law enforcement, educators, religious leaders, social service
agencies, grassroots organizations, youth organizations, youth, concerned
citizens and ex-gang members past and
present.
The
National Consulting Solution Inc family is focus on keeping children out of gangs and violence and away from racial bias and hate crime
activities. We focus on helping to
put communities and families back together one person,, one family, one block at a time.
In cooperation with the people of
the United States, the United States Government and in partnership with other
public and private agencies
we
assume a leadership role
through a problem solving approach to preventing crime and disorder,
by
reducing citizens fear of gangs and youth violence. We further provide for
the safe and efficient flow of communication, and education by providing a
variety of non-criminal activities, and improving the quality of life as we (the
CSI family) work together to make communities an "all-American town"
where people of all races, creeds, genders, sexual orientations and color can
live, work, laugh and play.

is our vision that the National CSI as well as the Concerned Officers Organization On Gang
Activities Inc. will continue to be a corner stone of progress and a model
organization in service to our citizens, caring for our youth and are fellow
human being, and constant improvement to the quality of the services that we
render.
PHILOSOPHY:
To maintain a Children First focus and
suppress youth violence,
gang
activity
and
racial hate
through
the cooperation of all community and governmental organizations.
OBJECTIVES:
1.
To keep the best interest of the child first.
2.
To actively take part and support any positive program that addresses the needs
of our youth.
3.
To inform the community and law enforcement of any group that maybe criminally
minded.
4.
To secretly monitor all hate groups and gangs and to inform the community if
they take up criminal activities.
5.
To assist law enforcement in their efforts to stop juvenile delinquency.
6
To assist outside agencies who deal directly with juveniles on a daily basis
through seminars and group discussions.
7.
To provide guidance,
programs
for identified gang members and those members seeking to leave the gang
lifestyle.
8.
To maintain an important role by assisting educators, clergy, public housing and
youth violence through assessment and training programs.
9.
To motivate our youth to be respectful productive citizens of the community.
10. To raise awareness on the issue of
both juvenile and adult gangs through education while at the same time
addressing other timely issues..
11.
To self-destruct once school, community, youth and gang violence has reached an
all-time low of 25 gangs or less within the United States.
THE CSI CREST
A symbolic sun, patterned
after that of the mythical Helios, God of the sun, who could see and hear
everything. Provides the base base for the CO3GA.
The sun's rays indicate
the nationwide mission of the organization to keep children first. The
superimposed door with the letters CSI reveals the doorway of secrecy to
tracking gangs in and across the united states. The twp spears partially
concealed reminds of the aggressiveness, protection and element of
physical danger inherent to the company's operations.
The
words on the line indicate that members of CSI place their own safety on the
line for those who wish to leave the gang life style and the undercover work
conducted by the staff to gather intelligence. The letters in white C.S.I.
identify who we are. The term leadership and integrity is the two driving
principals that all staff members must have and display at all times. When you
are considered not justified, you must be dignified.
